Abby Ehmann, owner of bar Lucky, who had started a petition regarding Cuomo’s mandate that bars serve substantial food orders with alcohol, had the bar shut down Monday night around 8:00. She feels it was connected to her anti-mandate activities, and that she was singled out, since no other bars in the neighborhood were visited.
